Ok in fact, I take 2 fully overclocked plants, and for a reason one of them is lacking water. It has the correct number of h2o pump, mk2 pipes, valves and pumps. And it still lacks h2o.

Sounds like your sulfuric acid recycling isn't correct. The recycled acrid needs to reconnect above your incoming acid line to get the game to give the pipage priority to fill the system

all the recycled acid goes into the 4th blender, and there is no incoming line in that one, it but takes in the recycled acids from the iii other + itself.

I've never liked the inconsistency of surplus fluids then here it my solution. Unpacking is paced by the need. So...

Run the output to packagers and get them bottled

Run the Packaged Acid to unpacker to a container that feed the input on need
-
Create a smart splitter for overflow before the container and sink the overflow

Unpack the acid back to the blenders.

Apply containers that will be used for the packing and unpacking, over and over again.
It keeps the blender input at total, the output always gets captured, and you get Crawly Sink points while you do it. I accept done this with my 30 nuke setup and has never chock-full after hours of play.

I'd try going for 3 blenders with a recycling loop and eliminating the 4th to remove imo additional possible issues. At 100% clock speed you need 120 IN with 30 OUT. Pipage this back in from above and set a valve before this junction at 90. Gotta fill your lines of fluid commencement before setting the valve. Then if you are over producing uranium rods gear up up a smart splitter to sink any overproduction to foreclose your production line from e'er stalling

I don't think this is a very adept solution. Valves just limit the catamenia in a pipe, but they by don't assure that max flow volition be sustained. And then while the system will not clog on byproduct, it will somewhen starve on acid and lose efficiency (acid will pile up in the refineries), leading to (a scrap) less uranium cells and rods beingness produced
I suspect OP'south consequence is caused past the cells baking up in the system, hopefully OP tin can prove/disprove my suspicion

I had the same problem with xxx reactors, I oc'd the blenders as well, I think I was using 5 (different salve than the one I'grand working on). Everything was fine for a while, then it started to back upwardly. I added some valves to go on the excess out, but information technology ended up but being a backup on a couple of the blenders that were not getting enough dry materials to fire through the acid fast enough.
